It requires a high GPA and significant academic accomplishment. Furthermore, you must be able to publish regularly within your field of study. Therefore, it is important to make sure you meet the requirements for the sdy prize before applying.
The University of Sydney offers a wide range of scholarships and awards for its students. These include the MAK Halliday Postgraduate Research Prize, Neilma Sidney Short Story Prize, and the sdy prize for historians. There are also a number of prizes in the area of Asian studies. These are offered to reward the best work of a student in the second or third year of their degree program.
This scholarship is awarded to the student who achieves the highest overall mark in Economics III Honours during the previous academic year. The winner is determined by the committee and may be shared if two or more submissions are deemed of equal merit. This scholarship is funded by a bequest from Emilian Ann Consett Stephen.
For the last time, Monte team player Viktor “sdy” Orudzhev has made it to a major. The Ukrainian rifler’s performance at ESL Challenger Jonkoping was his best LAN event, as he ripped through the competition with a self-described ‘life tournament’ performance. His victories over TYLOO and Nouns were enough to propel Monte into the finals, where they beat Eternal Fire with a 3:1 score and clinched the prize.
Sdy’s success is all the more impressive as he did it on a temporary contract with the organization. He told ESL that he would love to win another major, but only if it was the last one to be held on CS:GO before Counter-Strike 2 was released.
In February 2024, it became known that sdy had refused to sign a new contract with Monte. The Ukrainian rifler thus became a free agent, and his cooperation with the club was over. We will miss the sdy that we’ve grown to know and love, but we wish him all the best in his future career.
